Millennial Real Estate Buyers – Part 2
In a recent blog post we talked about the influx of millennial real estate buyers who are entering the market of late. And, these new real estate buyers of today are bringing with them very specific expectations for how they expect to find/look at real estate and communicate with their real estate agents. Millennial buyers want communication, they want it NOW and they want it on their terms…which are mobile terms.
To reach and effectively meet the needs of this massive audience of potential home buyers it’s imperative that real estate companies and agents get mobile (and fast). Your online presence, your social media exposure and (most importantly) your texting skillls matter with this digitally-focused audience. If they can’t find you (or your listings) online and if you don’t communicate at all hours of the day then you’re toast as far as working with this group goes.
