Once an agent demonstrates TextERA at a listing appointment, sellers feel they can’t live without it. The ability for my agents to be able to track their marketing through the use of TextERA is very important. As a broker I also appreciate the ability to track my agents’ use of the program and see where their marketing dollars are best spent.
